A day trip to Cayo Largo includes a bus transfer to/from airport, a flight to the island, another bus taking you to the pier, a catamaran for the day and free lunch and drinks. And, if you are really lucky (yes, like I was), you get a free dinner too, at hotel Sol Cayo Largo. The nicest way to reach the island is, in my opinion, by boat.
