There are three main waterfalls in town, one of which is right downtown! Two of the region's top falls can be found here, Bracebridge Falls - located right downtown, and High Falls. A few other accessible waterfalls to check out in the winter are Stubbs Falls in Arrowhead and Muskoka Falls, which is located right off Highway 11 and ON-118.

A 5 minute walk. The falls a beautiful. Its worth the visit. There's actually 2 area where there's falls. A must-see when visiting Bala! Beautiful falls and a lovely view at the lookout point. There are a few parking spaces a short walk away. Great spot for photos in the summer. Suggest edits to improve what we show.

High Falls is one of 3 waterfalls found in Bracebridge. Incredibly there are actually 5 waterfalls on this site including Pott's Falls, Muskoka Canyon Falls, Little High Falls, Big High Falls and another that is man-made. Another fun fact is the trail system leading to High Falls is part of the Trans-Canada Trail.

In Fall Fall is beautiful in Muskoka. It's not too cold and things are quiet enough that it doesn't feel busy, even though many people continue to come up for weekends. The weather can still be quite warm, but you get more daylight hours without all the extra tourists.

Located along the north branch of Muskoka River, this 50-foot high and tremendously steep falls is easily one of the most magnificent in the region. The trail leading to High Falls follows an old road through a red pine plantation and points to a breathtaking view of the rapids. The trail is quite rocky, so proper footwear might be a wise idea.

Enjoyed hiking the forested trail along the beautiful Muskoka River and magnificent Wilson's Falls. A wonderful new years winter hike, there was a good amount of water rushing over the small falls. The 7 access points we found, with free parking, allowed us to explore the full Wilson's Falls Loop an easy 4.0 km.
